The name means “mongoose” in Italian, and even if this American half-breed never killed a Cobra on the track, in the looks department it’s still lethal. DeTomaso built 401 Mangusta sports cars from 1967 to 1971 before it was axed in favor of the ubiquitous Pantera--a styling step backward in the eyes of your humble author. The new BMW M3 GTS - more video
On Wednesday we reported on the reveal of the BMW M3 GTS, a track-focused, stripped-out and lightweight BMW M3. It will deliver at least 450bhp from its 4.4 litre V8, all of which will be driven through the rear wheels by a 7-speed M Dual Clutch Transmission (M-DCT). Apart from the obvious orange paint job, the M3 GTS gets a very seventies looking rear wing bolted to the boot.
Kia has revealed that the 2013 Sorento – which will debut at the Paris Motor Show next month – will get a choice of two diesel and one petrol engines. We’ve had two reveals of the 2013 Kia Sorento so far this year, the first for the 2013 US Sorento and the second for the 2013 Europe and UK Sorento, but no details on the engine lineup. But now, ahead of a debut at next month’s Paris Motor Show, the engine lineup for the 2013 Kia Sorento in Europe has been revealed.
